WARRANTY

Nobody can promise you that your product never breaks. We neither. But we promise you that we will do our best to deal with your complaint. Please read the following carefully so we will be able to deal with your complaint as fast as possible.
Warranty including On-Site-Service?
Please check if you have purchased a product for which is offered an On-Site-Service by the manufacturer. In this case the manufacturer will replace the defect product without any extra charges. Alternatively many manufacturers offer an in-house warranty service. If you would not like to get in touch with the manufacturer yourself, we will deal with your request on your behalf.
Return of goods?
Please return your goods always without any ancillary equipment. We do not reliable for any missing ancillary equipment. Statement of problem?

Please describe the faulty product as precise as possible. In the case that our technicians are not able to find the described error and the goods are found to be working correctly a service charge and shipping costs will be charged.
Service supply note?
Please fill out a service supply note in the case you return goods for repair. Please fill the form from the account page RMA section  and print the service supply note. Click on an finish registration on the RMA section,  to submit your service supply note before your shipping.

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS (within 7 days of arrival)

All items arriving to the customer in a faulty condition, providing we are notified within 7 working days of arrival, will either be exchanged or refunded in full including shipping and handling costs within 14 working days of the item being returned to and arriving back with us. All returns IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES must be authorised for return by SATMULTIMEDIA prior to returning. ANY returns received without first obtaining authorisation may be refused.

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS (within warranty period)

All items on this website carry a full 24 month unless stated otherwise. The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs however we may also offer to refund this cost in some circumstances. SATMULTIMEDIA will be responsible for any return delivery costs to the customer of a replacement and/or repaired product. All products will be repaired or replaced whenever possible, or a refund minus our shipping and handling costs or alternative product will be offered where repair or replacement is not available within a reasonable time. Faulty items returned for repair or exchange, where no fault can be found will be charged for return shipping and handling costs. All returns IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES must be authorised for return by SATMULTIMEDIA prior to returning. ANY returns received without first obtaining authorisation may be refused.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS

You may cancel your order and claim a refund for the value of the goods ordered excluding our shipping and handling costs at any time up to seven working days after you receive the goods. Please note that while in some instances we may offer 'free delivery' there is still an actual cost price of this service to us, in the case of a refund where the free delivery option has been used we will charge for the shipping and handling costs at the cost price to us. We will make the refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days. You must return the goods to us in their original condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. If you cancel your order after we have sent the goods, and they are not defective, of poor quality, mis-described or not fit for their purpose, then you must send them back to us at your own expense. Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package, we can advise you of carriers to use if you contact us. All returns IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES must be authorised for return by SATMULTIMEDIA prior to returning. ANY returns received without first obtaining authorisation may be refused.

 
Note: To avoid online scams, all orders placed will not be delivered unless previously validated and confirmed by telephone with SATMultimedia sales representatives! All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by calling you and sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation).
